Ping is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps you manage your email and calendar through natural language commands. The Service connects to your Google account to read and manage your Gmail and Google Calendar on your behalf.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when connecting your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. AI-Generated Actions

Ping uses artificial intelligence to interpret your requests and take actions on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI interpretations may occasionally be incorrect
• You should review important actions before confirming
• You are responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service
• You should verify calendar changes are correct

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unintended actions taken based on misinterpreted commands
• Loss of data or missed appointments
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
